I have verified your issue and noticed that our software extensions are broken.
Really?! That's what I told the first guy you moron! I explained to him that it was the same problem that ipower first denied (sound familiar - see my last post) and then fixed in July and several times before.
I have to reinstall the extension.
I know. That's what I told the first guy!
So, could you please take the backup of your Website and get back to us with confirmation?
This is beautiful. When I was on with Tech moron 1 I told him that every time this occurred, the only solution was to reinstall the extensions. He asked me "Do you have a local backup of the site?" to which I said yes. So he says "I'll make a note of this in the log so they don't have to contact you prior to doing the reinstall." *Sound of me banging head on keyboard*
I can then reinstall the extension for the account. If you have any further questions, please update the Support Console.
