A World Class Auto-Response? Yep!

I sent an email to a new ShowOffCards.com client the other day (see preliminary line art left) and received what I consider to be one of the best pieces of communication I've ever received - and it was an auto response! See for yourself:

Thank you for your email. The opportunity to earn your real estate business is valued.
Are you a current or past client? If so, THANK YOU for your continued referrals...YOU are the reason I can offer a higher level of service and don't have to do all the other things agents do such as telemarketing, door knocking and cold-calling! Yippee!!!

Don't panic! Your email will be answered as soon as I get back to my computer. For the fastest service, simply pick up the phone and call the HOTLINE 480-632-4258. This will let me know you need me right away and I will be paged. Today I am working with out of state buyers and will be working until late in the evening...please forgive the fact that I am not available today. I look forward to giving you the same attention in the future that they are receiving today!

Why do I find this so amazing? Let me tell you:
1) It is concise, yet says a lot - keep reading.
2) The first thing she does is thank me for my business - whether I have ever done business with her or not.
3) She thanks me again for my business and goes on to tell me why she appreciates my business.
4) She reassures me that even though she can't answer my email immediately, that she will - and soon.
5) She gives me an alternative to waiting. A phone number which will page here if the matter is urgent.
6) She provides a good reason for being unavailable - Showing properties.
7) She turns the negative of not being available for you right now into a positive by showing that when she is working with clients - she is 100% focused on those clients.
8) She provided a link to her website which might allow me to find the answer or property while she is unavailable.

I don't know about you but I have a sudden urge to buy some property in Arizona...
